With 17 years of experience working in an array of settings I offer a depth of knowledge and wisdom to assess your problems and make a clear plan on getting you back to doing what you love and more!

I have also taught Pilates alongside Physio for many years and cannot promote its efficacy more. From my original training with The Australian Institute to my continued learning with a classical instructor I offer a comprehensive effective class or 1:1 training to tune your body to be its best.

At the Health Hub I also work closely with the other therapists and will draw on their wealth of knowledge and expertise where appropriate to give you the best possible service.

My Services

Initial Assessment

Whether you are new to seeing me or have been previously I will fully assess each new issue. This in depth assessment will allow me to give you a clinical impression, prognosis and a comprehensive plan to reach your goals. Most importantly you need to be clear about what you want to achieve so that I can tailor the plan to you.

This is an hour long appointment and we will go through a detailed history of not just the current issue but any others from the past. I will then assess your movements, strength, coordination and any other specific tests relevant to the problem.

We will then sit down and go through all the findings, I will give you my diagnosis of what is going on and why. Then we will outline the plan to achieve your goal.

You will finish the appointment 5-10 minutes before the end to give me the time to accurately record you assessment findings.

Follow up Physio Sessions

Following our initial assessment I will outline how many session I expect it to take to give you the best chance of meeting your goals.

I offer 50 minute or 35 minute follow ups sessions.

Pilates Classes

I run classes at the Health hub and Start Bay studio. From beginner/rusty to advanced.

I take bookings in blocks to work around term times.

£15 per class

Max 6-9 per class

Ongoing check ins

I am always delighted to see people take a proactive approach to their wellbeing. If you have no issues or only niggles but just want a check in then please give me a call!

I often carry on checking in following a treatment plan at an interval to suit you just to keep on top of things and keep you on track.
